You’re covered by a 3-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, for the reasons outlined below.
1. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 3 days of your original purchase date. Refund requests made after this window has closed will not be eligible, except where required by applicable law.
2. Eligible Reasons for a Refund
Because our products are digital and license-based, refunds are intended to cover genuine issues rather than a general change of mind. We will consider your refund request if:
- The software fails to install or run correctly on a supported Windows system, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue after being given a fair opportunity to help
- The product delivered is materially different from what was described on this website at the time of purchase
- You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same purchase
3. Situations Not Covered
- You simply changed your mind after using the software
- You did not read the system requirements and your device does not support the software
- You shared your license, violated our Terms & Conditions, or used the software beyond the permitted license scope
- The refund request is made after the 3-day window has closed
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 3 days of purchase with your order/transaction ID and a brief description of the issue. We may ask a few troubleshooting questions first to see if the issue can be resolved, since we’d genuinely rather fix the problem than process a refund.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, please allow up to 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect back in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
6. License Deactivation
Upon a successful refund, your license and download/account access to the software will be deactivated, and continued use of the software after a refund has been issued is not permitted.
